Confluence Artistic Producer Larry Beckwith conducts two interviews for our podcast The Fuse in front of a live audience. Sri Lankan tenor Asitha Tennekoon has established himself as one of Canada’s most versatile singing artists and is sought after for performances spanning from Baroque to experimental repertoire. He is a Co-Founder of Amplified Opera, a Toronto based indie Opera company committed to placing artists at the centre of public discourse. Deantha Edmunds is Canada’s first Inuk professional classical singer. Her dream is to use her voice to share some of Nunatsiavut’s unique musical heritage, across Inuit Nunangat and beyond. Join us for the fascinating stories of two of Canada’s most engaging creative artists.
